My company doesn't allow firearms on their property, so no.

    Hum?

No "My job requires I carry" option?

I'm just one root in a grassroots organization. No one should assume that I speak for the VCDL.

I am neither an attorney-at-law nor I do play one on television or on the internet. No one should assumes my opinion is legal advice.

What about not allowed, still carry?

I do not break any laws.

POLL: Does your job allow CC? Do you CC at work?

Work asset protection for Walmart here in PA. Company policy says not at work and not in the car, so sadly my firearm stays at home while I work. Don't agree with it because of the nature of my job, but works hard to come by these days

working on contract. haven't gotten my ccw yet but hope to soon.

I know my employer isn't too thrilled with the whole thing. He used to work with a group that the 2 senior members OCd. Pretty much caused him to move to his own office.

Not really sure what to do. Some sketchy folks downstairs (ex con call center). But isn't worth losing my work contract or a long time friend.
If it do it will have to be pocket and I won't let him know. (button shirts and i'm scrawny enough to print to all hell)

Work officially doesn't allow or disallow in our policy. Previous town manager said if it's not in there then it isn't forbidden so carry away. New town manager is pro gun too so it's never come up. It's an issue that no one has wanted to address in our policy. At our town garage there are no weapons signs due to a previous employee going a little mental an waiving a gun around. He was fired and nothing has been said about it since.

No, against company policy. Jobs are scarce around here right now.

CC is not allowed here at work, in your vehicle on the parking lot is no problem. I like my job and respect my employers so I wouldn't even consider breaking that rule.

    Yes, because it's policy.

Had to check "Not Allowed" while I was working in a school through last June '12.
Now, my only work involves house cleaning chores, and taking care of the dogs and chickens...now I'm always armed.

Yes, it's allowed.... Yes, I carry....

While I haven't reimbursed my employees for their CHL, we have sponsored a 'range day' for some on-the-clock team building.
