Is that so you can make sure it doesn't decide to misbehave and do something evil on its own?

Top of the night stand within reach. I got those glowing green dots staring at me int the dark too. I'm diggin Sig's night sights.
The PPK/s sits right next to it, but I can't see that one in the dark.

Well, first you have to unload it and chain it up really good so that it doesn't jump off your night stand into your hand and make you run outside and start randomly shooting people...

Under my pillow. Barrel pointing at the wall, grip away so when I slide my hand under the pillow it is in position to grasp correctly.

Night stand on each of our side of the bed. No children in the house....so no worries.

Sorry.............no gun safe for me.......I know first hand what access and speed means.....mine is next to me on my night table along with my flashlight and cell phone.
Also, my little tip......I have a Cyclumate light stick and rubber band attached to it.....this is if I ever have to toss my house keys out my bedroom window to a cop at night to gain entry into my home. Easily found in the grass or shrubs in the dark....

Top closet shelf. I'm not a light sleeper, and want to be sure I'm fully awake before I get to my gun! We don't have children in the house, But I'm thinking I want a Bio Metric lock box down stairs big enough for my wife's purse, two hand guns, and any other small items Id want to keep out of the grand kids small hands. And another upstairs for ours and our sons EDCs. DR

That's so the evil thing doesn't leap off the nightstand in the middle of the night, and start killing people on it's own, right?
