    CCW predicament

Hi All, this is my first thread as I am a new member. I want to apply for my CCW, but I'm currently in college and live away from home. I use my parents' home as my permanent address, but I live in a different city/ county. Can I still apply for my CCW in my parents' city or do I need to do a change of address to my location? I have no problem changing my address, but it could be come a hassle because I'm sure I'll be moving quite a bit, which makes it nice just using my parents' home as my permanent address. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I used my parents address for my CCW address in college and had no issues.

What he said. If your permanent address is at your parent's house, use that. I'm assuming that your drivers license, passport, etc shows your parent's address as well, right?

I'd be very surprised if they gave you any trouble about it.

The name and address on your permit must match your driver's license, at least in Ohio.

Colorado is the same way. My biggest fear was getting turned away because I don't currently reside in the same city (although I'm still in the same state). I appreciate all of the feedback!
