Request for DHS troops in Chicago

Saw on Fox news our hero Jesse.Jackson & the families of the latest round of 157 shootings & homicides are asking Obama to deploy DHS troops to Chicago. Would this action not require a declaration of martial law ? Wonder how Rahm would like this ?

I say they round up all the Chicago residents, shake 'em down, search all the homes and confiscate all weapons--That's the Chicago way!

DHS I believe is technically just another Federal LE Agency so the PD/State Government would simply request them to supplement their own department. Obviously this report is false though with Chicago having some of if not the strictest gun laws in the country this cannot be happening.

No. No. No. You can't disarm the public by allowing them more access to guns! Remember, it's not a crime problem, or a drug problem, or a gang problem; it's a GUN problem.

Cordon off the entire gang area (all neighborhoods), pass out MORE guns and ammo and let 'em have a go at it.
Make sure that there is a line of Coroner's vans in place, wait a minute, they are already in line there... so no problem with transportation.

IMO.....Chicago is a prime example of the degredation of our society due to the onset of PC and Libral ethics.....gangs, drugs and Corrupt Politicians like in our other inner cities.....wondering just how far that drug money reaches ?

After 38 years under socialistic rule of the elite Chicago political machine down state, I was fortunate to escape with the cloths on my back. I empathise with the good citizens of my former state and encourage them to escape before they lock it down and prevent relocation because they are going broke.

Really? Surely you are aware that Mr. Capone and his crew were not model citizens. In 1933 Chicago had one of the top three murder rates in the country. Nothing has changed.
