That's it! Joe Blow Criminal will put this right at the top of his "to do" list! How frickin' stupid are our politicians?!?!?
Once again, they are targeting and penalizing the wrong group, "US", the law abiding citizen.

There is a solution but we are not Jedi... not yet.
We have deep thinkers and stinkers in this group that could come up with a solution...
There must be a number of attorneys out there who are pro 2A. It seems to me they would be papering these folks to death, tying them up with lawsuits, and all pro Bono. They would be donating there time and knowledge. The filing costs could easily be covered by donations. We need to get them on the defensive.
Oh, I assure you: They know exactly what they are doing.

Dems are just taking care of their biggest clients: the victim class. If you are not a victim, you must be persecuted and harassed!
At least, that appears to be their operating philosophy.
Crowman calls it correctly "Shall not be infringed"
So, if they can't institute gun registration, they can require you to buy liability insurance and then require the insurance companies to turn over their records on who bought it. Bingo.

Will every criminal that gets picked up with a gun be slapped with an additional charge of carrying uninsured? Seems like a sure-fire (pun intended) way to keep the courts and the insurance agents busier than they already are. This is just one more reason I am thinking about boycotting California as a vacation destination; thanking God I don't have to live there.
