There are some holsters that have a fixed cant so then you can't change the cant, DMan. If you need a particular angle of cant but can't then you'll need to get another holster that cants then you can cant.
Thanks GH, I just cant get the money together to buy a holster that I can cant, my wife just got a new gun she wants a holster that can cant so all the money is going to that. I just cant buy one that has a cant because i cant spend the money after my wifes new gun and holster with a cant.
I wear either a Remora or Old Faithful IWB. I can adjust the cant in either case. With the Remora it's just whatever feels right. The O.F. holster is at the middle holes, which I think is about 15 degrees.
I voted yes, that is only IF I am carrying strong side IWB; I would not be able to achieve my personal concealment standard otherwise.
If I am appendix carrying (which is more frequent) then no cant.
I carry a full size 4" XD40 at 3:30 in a MTAC Minotaur. I use a pretty severe forward cant and it hides well.
