I talked to the TN office that issues permits today. I submitted my application and fingerprints on Dec 27. The fingerprints were on a digital scanner that verifies each print when it is taken. They told me today that my prints were unreadable and would have to be redone.
I don't know if that resets the 90 day clock for issue, but I certainly hope not.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
