Pretty cool. Wished banks around here would implement something like that. Maybe they'd quit getting robbed

    Congrats to Chapel Hill Bank.

If any bank around here adopts a similar view, I will move my banking.

    I like it, but...
Darn Yankees...did you catch the dig?

CC is not a problem in FL banks, but they don't actually advertise the welcome.

We've got a bank around here that welcomes CC with a sign at the entrance: "Management recognizes the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as an unalienable right of all citizens." They were in the news a few months back when a guy tried to rob them. He was nabbed by the bank president. You can read the rest of the story here: President of Troy, Mo., bank pulls gun, nabs masked robber : News

The news story claims, "Chappell Hill Bank is the first in the nation that actually welcomes legally concealed handguns." I'm not so sure about that. Seems like Troy, Missouri bank might have beat them to it.

Some banks around here, if I'm the only customer, I'm the only one not behind bullet proof glass. I have a feeling that I'm probably the only one armed too.

I cc in my bank, there is no anti gun stickers or signs so I never gave it a second thought.

I've CC into my bank countless times and never gave it a second thought. Unlike most young people I prefer human interaction.Besides most of the tellers at my bank are way cute women in tight outfits. It just ain't the same deal dealing with an ATM.
I'm just a spoke in the wheel but not a big deal.

    This town i'm in,i've only seen one business,that has the no cc sign,and it's a bank.In S.C. you don't ignore the no cc signs.That said,the sign the bank had,wasn't worth squat.It wasn't the right wording,or,the required size.

i was visiting a friend of mine in a small town in Georgia and we stopped off at one of the local banks for him to do some business. He commented to me that the bank used to have a no guns allowed sign up on the door. The bank was robbed twice in six months. They took the sign down. No more robberies.

I have to say that I have not seen a bank here in Colorado the prohibits CC in the bank.
