    World of coke

They have metal detectors at the entrance. A giant "no weapons" sign at front. Really don't know what to think. I did disarm and went in. I did come up to visit friends. They don't care I carry, they live in Kennesaw.

Yes, they do. Essentially being part of the Aquarium, neither want weapons inside.

    ...From the website:
Is there a security check to go inside the World of Coca-Cola?

Yes. Guns, knives or weapons of any kind are not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities and working dogs in training are permitted inside.

    One word--Pepsi.

The only time I drink Coke is when it's heavily diluted with bourbon.

    Re: World of coke

It was kind of a last minute thing my bud wanted to do with our wives. He found out I carried this way, but I didn't have time to check on it before hand. This is also the first time I saw a "no weapon" sign.

Kennesaw, GA is NW of Atlanta. They have an old law on the books that requires every household to own a gun. I think that was what the OP meant "they don't care, they live in Kennesaw" comment.

    World of coke

Yeah I've seen it at the aquarium. I had a conversation with a supervisor outside about it. I explained that I am a permit holder and asked if there was any way for me to remain armed and he said no, we can check the weapon with our security but there are no weapons allowed inside, not even a Swiss Army knife. The gentleman was very kind and professional and he made it seem it was as much for "safety of customers" as it was for the animals. I did see multiple APD officers inside so I felt plenty safe.

I returned to my vehicle and disarmed.

    "safety of customers"

Right up there with "it's for the children"

When I click on a thread like this one...I turn around and I toss a dart at my trusty ol' dart board.

There are two "sticky notes" on that dart board.

Y'all got lucky this time. I was aiming for the other one and I sneezed.
