I imagine it would be the same way as doing it anywhere else; by being negligent.

Quite simple, you fail to follow the rules of safe gun handling and keep your finger off the trigger.

Funny story. This same thing happened several years ago in Utah, at a McDonald's. The shooter hit the commode (no pun intended) and pretty much demolished it. I was on the S&W website when I read it. Somebody posted a message saying "I wonder what model it was" (meaning the gun). I posted back saying I thought it was an American Standard. The guy actually did a web search for American Standard firearms!

Booger hook + Bang switch = BOOM....... Deafening in tight spaces.....Should have taken a book to read instead of playing with his gun.......
My rifle and pistol are tools, I am the weapon. Go big or stay on the porch.

Hey, American Standard made good quality firearms at an affordable price, but then they went out of business when the dollar snobs started ******* on them. They embraced the hate and went with making toilets.

    True story.

There are better ways to clear out the line for the urinals. Most are not nearly as effective though.

From the photo, the firearm appears to have been pointed in a horizontal direction, at least waist high.

What the heck was the guy doing?

To get in a jibe: he obviously should have been handling his gun, not his pistol.

The only common sense gun legislation was written about 224 years ago.

I carry always not because I go places trouble is likely, but because trouble has a habit of not staying in its assigned zone.
