Not sure if this works for FL, but I know that GA does not have reiciprocity with SC. Kinda stincks if you're a GA resident like me. However, SC residents have a quick, easy, and cheap solution to be able to carry in GA: apply for a NH non-reisident permit. Fill out a quick application, make a copy of your SC permit, and drop it in the mail with $20. Two weeks later, you'll have your laminated NH permit.

I'mm 99.9% sure that's correct, but remember I'm not a lawyer, and my advice may be worth no more than you paid for it!!

Please note that is subject to some final slight changes.

I was told that the Sentate made a few minor changes from that but its final printed version I have not found. Was assured it was minor. And was also then told that the Governor did not sign it. He did not veto it either. He allowed it to become law by allowing his period of time to sign it to elapse. So it became law by default. And so they are yet to publish it in its final form and only when they do that will SLED then post it on thier site. Which should be any time now. The law is in effect. But finding its final exact version is hard at this particular point in time.

This is very helpful. We've just bought some land in SC and I would like to get a carry permit there. Thanks for taking the time to post all the info guys.
