Hey guys! Its been a while, but Ive been lurking.
Ive PCS'd to NC and I have a question.
I have my Utah permit, active duty orders to NC, and NC drivers license and primary address. Am I good to go? Or do I need my NC CCW. Im thinking of getting it anyways, I just want to know if I need to get a move on.
Thanks so much for the help
When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk.
"Don't forget, incoming fire has the right of way."
Yup. Thats pretty clear. Thanks alot.
Thanks msgt! You're 100% right on the mark with the statute.
zdinnd, as msgt/ret said, you're good to go. I will say that if your going to carry much in NC then the NC concealed carry course is really the best way to get a solid understanding of the NC laws and how they relate to concealed carry and the use of deadly force. If you have specific questions feel free to post here or PM me any time.
Welcome and thanks so much for your service.
