    First, Welcome.

Second, since people have voted but have yet to respond, I am 38 going on 5... err... well, my family says that I am anyway.

I've found that most of the folks are either middle aged or of older wisdom that have CCW's. Most of the younger folks either don't know their Rights or have been given false information concerning them.

some states allow CCW below 21 as well. ME, for example, allows this. I got my CCW at 19 there and I still consider myself just a young'un at 29 though I'll be 30 in a couple of weeks

I have no link but did run an age poll a year or so ago - I expect we'll see a similar pattern altho I suspect we have more younger folks since we have grown so much.

I know I have many compadres in the ''over 60's'' group!

got mine about 6 months after turning 21. (25 now, although I'm fairly abnormal as I started my family very young and felt a need to defend them)
Many young people are confused or misinformed about their rights and are also sheep.
Since I started carrying I have "rubbed off" on quite a few of my friends who have also started carrying. (this is the reason I don't keep my carrying a secret to some people, but that's another topic, of course they're Marines too)

I'm 21, pretty proud of it too.

39 y.o. now, CCW'er for about a year. Ohio has only had it for 2 years now. I waited for a year to see what the "bugs" in the system were gonna be. Still a lot of "bugs" but it shows of improvement in the hopefully not too distant future. Been around weapons of all kinds since the age of 17 when I enlisted in the Army back in '85.

I stopped counting years at my fourth decade, I am now in my 6th. It really feels good to be 6 again. At this age a decade feels the same length as a year used to when I was a child.
