As a legal Permanent Resident but non-Citizen I have been barred from holding a Missouri CCW because the State allowed only Citizens to apply. On August 28th that requirement was dropped, legal Permanent Residents may also apply.
This morning I became the first non-Citizen to apply for a permit in the St. Louis City Sheriff's Office!
I've been carrying on a Florida permit for a while but it will be nice to have one from my home state.

Congrats! Missouri is a pretty "gun friendly" state.

Congratulations! That is quite the accomplishment
Congrats. Good to see the state revamping their laws to how they should be.
Freedom doesn't come free. It is bought and paid for by the lives and blood of our men and women in uniform.
