    First!

As a legal Permanent Resident but non-Citizen I have been barred from holding a Missouri CCW because the State allowed only Citizens to apply. On August 28th that requirement was dropped, legal Permanent Residents may also apply.

This morning I became the first non-Citizen to apply for a permit in the St. Louis City Sheriff's Office!

I've been carrying on a Florida permit for a while but it will be nice to have one from my home state.

Congrats. Good to see the state revamping their laws to how they should be.

Your new MO CPL is valid in 37 of the 49 States. However, mag restrictions & things like restaurants, validity of 'Gun-Free-Zone' signs, need to be checked-out.

    Huge Congrats!!
