    A story...

I was kinda spruced up today because I was guiding tours at a museum. Normally I'm very casual with shirt untucked and blue jeans (IWB Sig P239) when I'm working on planes.

One of the museum staff, a spry 87 year old lady, approached to chat when I was between tours. Her first words were "why aren't you packing today?" I was rather noncommittal and asked her why she said that. She pulls out her .45 Kimber and shows it to me (we ARE in Florida, after all...). So we talked about guns for a while. She is one of my shooting friends, so she knows I have a license.

I never showed her my EDC for 'good clothes' (a pocket carry Sig P238), so she still thinks I wasn't "packing".

Concealed carry means concealed...it obviously worked today.

Great lady. I'd feel safe in your museum with you two there.
