In arkansas the concealed carry law states that concealed carry is legal in a vehicle , but glovebox carry is illegal.
Some of you may think this is a stupid question but i dont really care its a question that i would seriously like to know!!!
If glovebox carry is illegal, what about carrying in the center console?
Is the center console considered a "Glove Box"?
I have searched and searched but cant find anything about this!
It used to be considered carrying a concealed weapon without a license, but not any more.
Current law pretty much allows carry in the vehicle. One of the reasons you can find much about it is that lots of statutes are being amended and they have been "pulled".
The best thing to do is to get a CHL and then you wont have to worry about any of it.
I would rather stand against the cannons of the wicked than against the prayers of the righteous.
