    Un-holstering in Rest Room?

OK; Knowing how many of you are here; let's keep the bathroom humor to a minimum.

Question: Is it wise to un-holster when standing at the urinal in a public rest room?

I usually place mine on top of the urinal as long as there is a partition between me and the next stall. My upper body blocks the view from behind.
Reason: The gun is heavy and pulls down my pants if I don't.

(Sitting) in a stall with door closed is obviously not a issue.

Perhaps it might be a better idea to just use the stall with a door at all times?

Reasons one of my pistols clears leather (or kydex):
    1. It's about to get pointed at something that needs to be shot (or is fixin' to need to be shot), for real or for practice
    2. It's going into a different holster or other container
    3. It's getting cleaned

Option 1 is the only time where this might happen in an insecure location. Me holding my Willie with my back towards the potential threat does not meet the definition of secure location. And even if I could lock the door behind me, the slippery porcelain of a urinal is not where I'm putting my pistol. I'd more likely store my chewing gum there till I'm finished dropping off the last cup of coffee than to place my pistol there.

Not to mention the possible "brandishing" or similar laws you may be breaking, depending on your state/local laws.

    Maybe this will be helpful.
