PA Laws
Hi does anyone know if there is a website with the carring laws for PA. Or does anyone know all of them. mostly I need to know what places you can't enter while carrying. I have been told that if a store has a sign on its door that says no weapons that you can still enter anyway and would like to know if this is infact also true.
Thanks, Reddevil

Check out http://www.handgunlaw.us/
Also, tho I forget the link - the state web site covers quite a bit. Go to the NRA site and drill down to state laws - I think that'll be http://www.nra.org/ - and it should get you to PA stuff. I have it all on file but may take a while to pull it up.
We have exceptions re court house, schools and Fed buildings. There is no signage that is mandated to show no carry that I know of.

KennyWood Amusement Park is NO CARRY - No Nothing...even a key-chain knife & they "Wand" everybody going into the park.
I have never seen a store or business posted for no firearms in or around Pittsburgh.

If you are going to be near Gettysburg, watch out for the FEDERAL Military Park, that's a no-go.
