I am very happy with the Uncle Mikes holster I have for my G27. I do however need something else to carry and extra clip in. What's most commonly used to solve this problem, or better yet where to get it?

don't they make a single mag holster??? most named brand holster makers make a single mag holster. or you could just drop it in one of your pockets.
Ditto to Frankmayo's comments...get a single mag pouch; if you "drop it" in your pocket, I'd get a pocket mag pouch....Desantis sells a cheap but effective one called the Model 38.

Thanks I'm going to look around for some, just wanted see if anyone else has any ideas:)
I use a Comp-Tac mag pouch (I've got both a single mag pouch and the double mag version). You can get similar stuff from other manufacturers.
Exactly what I'm looking for, thanks guys!
I don't actually go before the gun board until tomorrow morning at 9, but one thing I have found that works great at home, and I look forward to trying is this:
For my sig, the mags are relatively small (P232 .380), and they fit perfectly in the leather belt case I have for my hunting knife. People up here in Northern Michigan think nothing of a guy walking around with Buck Knife on their belt, so it works perfectly. The extra head room on the flap worked perfect. And I'm guessing a Leatherman's tool case might even be able to fit a little bit larger mag, and plenty of folks carry those on their belts.
Now if I was somehow going to try and carry my P92, I'd have to come up with something else, but with the size of my Beretta, I can't imagine trying to conceal that to easily.
When the messenger arrives and says 'Don't shoot the messenger,' it's a good idea to be prepared to shoot the messenger, just in case.
Gerber multi tool nylon pouches work , as does the knife pouch af larger knives

I have 'fitted' mag holders for most of my calibers...but a few day ago while visiting the local gun shop, I spotted a generic mag holder (just nylon with a valcro cover) that works great for a quick holder with jeans, etc...only about $8...works for me!
