I own a Pre B CZ85 and my question is what is the safest method of carry for this weapon.
My filing system is non functional after numerous PCS moves, so I don't have the original copy of my manual. I've looked at the CZ-USA site and downloaded the CZ85 manual and virtually all of the information there pertains to the CZ85B model. I have also searched the site here and can't find anywhere where this was discussed in the past.
My concern is this, the Pre B model lacks the firing pin block of the CZ85B, so, how safe is carrying in Condition 2, round in the chamber and hammer down vs. Condition 1, cocked and locked, round in the chamber, safety on.
Any experiences with this is greatly appreciated -- and a Merry Christmas to all.
