Do you give your guns names?

I've got one gun, so if I want to refer to it, it is simply the gun. I know, not really imaginative or impressive.

But for you that have 2, 3, 50 or whatever, do you ever find it easier to give it a name than referring to it my make, model, caliber, etc.?

If so, what names do you or have you used?

Nope. Glock's are pretty much the only brand I have more than one of so the rest are simply The Colt, The Beretta, the Sig, the Remington, etc.

No, but I think "Carl" would be a nice name for a little Walther.

Don't think I ever have, no.

Though "ol' Bessie" works for me, when thinking of an old and trusted tool ... car, axe, whatever. Just haven't extended that to arms, yet.

If I do ever end up acquiring an old roadway repaving machine, I'll almost certainly nickname it "ol' Bessie."

With as many guns as I have around here, just remembering that I have them is a challenge sometimes. Remembering names would really complicate things for this aging, soon-to-be Alzheimer patient.

Generally no, but I do have a side-by-side 10Ga I call "Elmer Fudd" (for obvious reasons).
