    Motorcycle concealment

There have been discussion of where to hide the weapon on a bike when not allowed to carry. I found this picture somewhere else on the web. I have no idea if it is custom made or manufactured, or where it originated, but it looks reasonable for cruiser riders. I won't own a set of running boards, having seen how often they amputate the foot of the rider in a crash, but thats your call. Besides, I would grind the corners off.

I have seen those floorboard at the Harley shop. They have got "Steal Me" written all over them...

I have seen these used on Harleys with the hard bags.. This thing also blocks access to the saddlebag release pin. This would be more difficult to steal.

I think that the floorboard gun locker guys went out of business. At $900.00 + per pair, I can understand why...

Harley guy, I always carry on my body. I'm not one to leave a gun in the car or a motorcycle. It's always better to carry on your body. Legal carry with a CCW of course.

True, but sometimes you need to enter government offices to conduct business. A gunvault wired to the frame inside a hardbox works for me. On one trip, in Fresno, CA, a friend was mortally injured, and you had to go through a metal detector before entering the hospital. The box came in handy.

I rode a Heritage Softtail for years, finally moving to an Electra Glide - had my seat modified with a pocket under my right thigh. Slip the S&W into the pocket, nobody sees it. Doesn't effect the ride quality of the seat if done with gel inserts. There was a chick who ran a leather shop during Bike Week in Daytona, would set-up just behind the HD shop and do all kinds of inventive stuff. Probably still around there. I quit riding several years ago
