    One more Kansan went shopping

Yeah I know, you're all getting tired of the carry newbies braggin about their first day. We'll get over it.

No mere trip to WalMart for me, no sir. As soon as the wife got home from work I strapped on the SP101 we headed out. Jewelry store, The Buckle, Sears, Target, Radio Shack and finally WalMart.

    I thought I'd feel a bit self-concious but didn't at all.

Since WalMart wasn't the first visit, you are scored only an 8.5

Wasn't that bad here in town, outlying areas are still hurting though.

Even though its a "Super store" we don't have nachos. They closed the cafeteria down a year or so ago. Could've got a Starbucks at Target but coffee isn't supposed to cost more than gasoline and taste similar too.

I'm guessing when the economists are crunching the numbers on 2007 there will be this weird glitch for Kansas in the first week of January.
They'll never figure out why so many people were out supporting retailers and contributing to the economy.

Just kidding. I am thrilled that so many more people are able to protect themselves and their loved ones.

    Enjoy it.
