    Hiding the weapon

While watching the Denver Phoenix game it suddenly hit me: a footfall jersey, very loose, worn outside the pants, would make a very nice hide-a-gun garment.
I have never owned a sports jersey in my life, but I'm thinking that, when my new CCW permit arrives, I may go buy one or more sports jerseys.
Does anyone here wear one over their concealed weapon of choice? how does it work? what do you carry?

I only wear my Broncos jersey when they're playing, but when I do I can hide just about anything underneath. My HK USP Compact disappears without the slightest hint of printing.

Any shirt one size larger than you usually wear should do the trick nicely...

Something in Arizona Cardinal colors should do you nicely.

I wear oversized jerseys, Hawaiian shirts, t-shirts, and polo shirts to hide my 5" 1911 on my belt.
I carry a gun, because a Cop is too heavy.

I have found that form fitting prints badly (DUH) but also that a really big, loose, soft material top prints also because the material can form itself around the gun when you move. Perhaps others have not had this experience.

Now don't all you Dallas natives go out and buy Redskins jerseys to wear as cover garments!

Any larger than normal (one size up) colored T-shirt or a print shirt hanging out does just fine here in FL.
