Kansas Concealed Carry Forum ...

My name is Mark VanCamp

I registered for the Kansas Concealed Carry forum under the name DataMax.
My email address is mvancamp@cox.net

I try to logon I am told that my username & password do not match.
When I ask for my password to be sent I am told that my account is inactive.

I am being told to contact the Admin ... but without logging in there is no way to do that.

Is there a fellow Kansan who is a member of the KSCCW forum who can get a message to the forum Admin for me?

I encountered the same. I emailed a monitor through another forum. got no reply emailed an administrator and got an email sent with a link to reset my password. clicked the link and got a message that I'm unauthorized. Now I can't do anything.

I finally was able to get back on today using my ID and original password.

The BOSS put up a sticky on 30 Jan. that they werre gonna shut down a couple days sometime this week for some kind of maintenance thingy. It was up and running 2 min ago, so I don't know when they will shut down. If ya need help, reply here and I will try to get someone to the rescue ASAP.

It is still nice for Kansas to have a local forum where members can visit with others in the state on issues. I find the forum very helpful. Steve48

As "Spam" postings keep multiplying I'd expect to see more forums do the same thing or take some other measure to screen new members. The number of spam posts on some forums I belong to is getting ridiculous.

I had trouble getting on to ksconcealedcarry also until I had another email account set up. Apparently, they & other forums ban or block all email addresses from yahoo, hotmail & other free email providers because of spamming and trolls...

It was a pain to work around their system but I finally got on...
