I Joined The USCCA
After perusing the web site for the United States Concealed Carry Association (http://www.uscca.us/) and liking what I saw, I decided to join up. I think this is a worthwhile organization to support.
Only $15.00 per year for current subscribers to Concealed Carry Magazine.
Check it out. See what you think. If every CWP holder joins (probably not likely, but a nice thought), we could potentially wield considerable political clout. Better us than the Kool-Aid drinkers.

And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier.

Actually, I sent off for the information after my last issue of Concealed Carry Magazine and got it a few days later. Didn't tell a lot more than was on their website back then but I noticed that the website has been expanded with more information. Like you, I will probably join because I really like to support anything that shines a positive light on, and fights for, our right to carry concealed. It's the same way I feel about Concealed Carry Magazine.

Joined very soon after Tim brought it up - I'd very much like to see it really blossom tho initial growth will almost certainly be rather slow.
Hopefully over time it will hit exponential growth - and then become a force to be reckoned with.

A suggestion for your magazine
Tim your doing a great job with your magazine and if you would allow me i would like to suggest someone to you for a future story. I've noticed that in the back of the magazine you will do a story on someone or group who is into teaching us citizen's how to use a pistol. Well i have a person who would be in the same mold as "Gabe Suarez, Tom Givens" etc.etc.etc.This person and his business is James Yeager and Tactical Response. They are home based in Camden,Tn. and their website www.tacticalresponse.com. They are getting bigger each year and they have a fine group of instructors that are great teachers and colorful individuals. Check them out you will see what I'm talking about.

POLL - What's your favorite article?
I would like to know what everyone's favorite article or profile is. As for me, I was blown away by the Yelena Pawela profile. What a fantastic story! I think I'm in love!

HpH - first off - welcome
Not sure I can pick a fave right now - I'd have to go back thru some old issues. I overall enjoy the content so much that fave's are hard to remember as specifics.
I enjoy all reader profiles - they give quite a lot of insight. Plus too I enjoy articles by some of by ''forum friends'' so to speak. Kathy Jackson, George Hill (very direct and no BS plus some humor!), Duane Daker, Kevin Manley - I find that most articles tend to be good subjective deals - and pretty believeable and useful.
So - sorry - right now no one stands out.

Hi homeboy. George Hill writes the best gun reviews in the business. Mark Walters' articles are always good. Always a lot of good information in every issue.

I would say George Hill's review of the CZ P-01. It helped me make up my mind on buying one, and I haven't been disappointed.

I like them all, but George Hill is my favorite. Way to go, George!

I just renewed my membership
Hey All
I have to agree with P95. We need to get behind USCCA and build up our ranks. Lets make ourselves an organization with some real teeth.
