I don't get to shoot nearly as much as I would like to, but I do try to get out at least every couple of months and put out a few hundred rounds each time.

I shoot about once a month when possible (I am at college w/o even my carry gun ) and shoot about 150 rounds or so each trip of mixed ammo, Last time it was 43 rounds (yes odd number because of a new mag to fill and new carry ammo) of .380, 80 (Mixed 9 GD, 11 UMC and 50 WWB) of .40 and about 25 rounds from 2 different .22 rifles.

-James Earl Jones
I try to shoot my carry gun at least one time a week. I shoot from 100 to 200 rounds a trip. In the summer I shoot more than that and I of course shoot my other firearms a lot as well.

Usually 2-3 times a month. 3-4 hundred rounds minimum.
A lot more in warmer weather.
Two to three time a week. About 100-150 rounds each time. About one third is in whatever carry gun I'm using at the time.

Twice a month, 250 rds a go so roughly 500 rds a month.
About once a month, twice if I'm lucky. 250 to 300 rounds each time out.
I go to the range (fortunately 2 minutes from where I work) 2-4 times a week for an hour or two. It's good to practice a lot, since it's a perishable skill, and besides, I usually feel like blowing off steam after a long day at the office, and what better way than by shooting off a few hundred rounds?!

im researching reloading, to cut my costs and raise my round-age...
I try to shoot once a week but during tax season, I can't always make it.
Some people have an easier time getting to the range than others. I remember a couple of years ago, I took a competition speed shooting class from Scott Warren.
For those who don't know him, he is (or was - he may have retired by now) a senior firearms trainer with the FBI Hostage Rescue Team.
He said his typical week was at the range every weekday shooting on average around 350 rounds a day.
He said, and I quote, "I've got the best job in the world".
Sigh! I can only dream of that kind of work!
