    Cool Another fine issue

    Tim

The magazine keeps getting better and better. If I could only get my cheapskate friends to get a sub of their own instead of borrowing mine LOL.

It is finally in my hands! What a pleasant surprise. VERY good quality, well printed on good paper. A serious magazine.

I've been extremely impressed with the high quality of the magazine, judging by the two issues I have received so far. I even ordered the CD archive.

    first impression: good

I just joined/subscribed and ordered the CD archive, which arrived quickly, probably within a week of ordering.

I already had a good opinion of the magazine based on reading sample articles on the website, and the CD archive is confirming my opinion. The CD has issue #1 (2004 Jan/Feb) through issue #13 (2005 Oct). I have read through about half of the issues; I have found at least 1 article in each issue to be especially interesting.

I look forward to getting issue #14!

My favorite article is the one about the russian Yelena Pawela. That was a great story of difficulties overcome. Now she is in this country and I for one am very proud to have her here.

I have been lucky to have been with the mag' since issue #1 - but yeah - I reckon too at least one article each issue has made it well worth while.

I also have some satisfaction in helping support the mag' which from a fledgling monochrome and quite thin publication has metamorphosed into a very classy and well prepared read.

    Keep it up Tim

    P95--
Yep that was my article you saw and you may be seeing more of them in the future. Maria and Jim seen to have taking a liking to my writing (don't ask me why!) and recently asked me to make regular contributions. I hope I can live up to their expectations.

That's good news Robert - I hope myself to have something in there next year - one item already written is on ice for now - plus at some point it's possible they'll use my profile (eek!).

I also have another cover pic done which may appear next year.

BTW - Maria and TIM!! (not Jim)

I must of been thinking of a friend who had a birthday a few days ago. I wonder how I missed that typo ? I hope he doesn't change his mind now, I already had a few ideas in mind for the next issue.
