My vote is in.
This is a discussion on ABC News / Gun Control Poll within the Concealed Carry Issues & Discussions forums, part of the Defensive Carry Discussions category; My vote is in....
I votes in the poll, but I am not comfortable with my answer. Shootings in 'unarmed victim' zones, rather than being rare, are becoming more common. I think gun control will only lead to more - 'unarmed victim' zones only encourage the psychos.

Looks like >75% of respondents are saying NO to new gun control laws
Voted. The "No" group is just short of 80,000, with the total number of respondents almost at 107,000. Roughly 75% say no!

As of 0700 this morning (25 Apr), 77.5% say NO
Do you ever wonder if these polls are really to see how effective the anti-gun media, etc. has been in brainwashing the public?

It would seem that out of almost 130,000 people polled, over 77% think tougher laws would make no difference. Very interesting since this comes from the home of Rosie O'Donnell no less (though not for long it now seems).
If the poll by ABC and one done by FOX News (with similar results) are a true indication, the American people already see that gun bans are part of the problem and not a solution. Maybe the next poll should ask how many more innocent lives must be lost before our bureaucrats and politicians do the same!
