There was a thread about this at the time, many of us here would not live in a community subject to a Homeowner's Association.
Wow what an open invitation to the criminal element

If it is not in the US Constitution then the Federal Government should not be doing it.
"Carrying a gun is a social responsibility."
D223, we don't do much 'grammatical National Socialism' around here, we all make mistakes and it leaves the forum a friendlier place if there isn't hard feelings between folk.
Just a friendly heads up...
Sounds like the homeowner's association is headed by two Disney characters, Mickey Mouse and Goofy...

And if you do have a gun, what? Someone going to search?
Stay armed...stay safe!

"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

The first week the Kansas CCW was in effect a CCW licensee from Oklahoma shot a robber in a convenience store which likely saved the clerks life. I was astounded last week to walk into a convenience store and see a No Firearms sign.
Are they slow learners, or do they just hate their clerks?
Oh yeh, they plan on changing the riules to allow guns ... now that their BS has hit the media - 'but it would still be Illegal to fire those guns...'? Since when can a freakin' management company make ANYTHING illegal?
Maybe I'm just too much of a small town hick but if someone tried to tell me what I could and couldn't own in my own home they'd have one heck of a fight on their hands. Homeowner's Associations always seem to have their heads planted in the same positions.
