Got fool card last friday. The card has some other photoand sign line is different. The other information on card "looks" to be okay although the licence number is suspect. Looks like I'll be starting over with licence.
Any thoughts on this? I'd hope a proceedure is in place if THEY screw up.

Give them a call.... Mistakes will happen and I am sure they will be happy to correct them. Keep track of what happens and keep us posted so future applicants might know what to do.

Just to let you know, card came in with RIGHT picture. Bet they had a bit of a chewinging out from the deal.

When I got my FL card way back when, they had added a "k" to the end of my last name. I don't remember if I sent it back or not, but I got another one issued to me in short order.
Mine had the wrong date of birth. (What should have said 1 was 11) I called the OSBI and they looked at my application, admitted they made a mistake, and told me to hold on to the permit and use it until the new one arrived. It usually takes two days for something to get from Oklahoma City to me and this was in the early afternoon. A new permit was in my mailbox two days later. They didn't waste any time.

I just got mine Friday. 19 days from the time they received my packet till I had plastic in hand.
Too bad I dropped both my EDC guns off at the gunsmith before coming home Friday.
Oh well, the Kel Tec rode in the front pocket all weekend.
