    Umm, speaking as a security guard, I may be next to useless in that situation, but I will not be static.

    That's part of why I got the client to clarify that they prefer I have my cell phone on me; I'm not stopping to pick it up, and I'm darn sure not going to stick around long enough to make the 911 call on a land line.
