    Who is a BG?

We talk alot about BG's on this forum. In the threads there always seems to be a clear cut line between us and them, the assumption being that if "they" are the bad guys then we must be the good guys.

I thought it would be interesting to find out how each of you define a BG. Anyone who breaks the law? Someone who gets caught? You, me?

When I'm working, someone who's breaking the law.

When I'm not, someone who I believe is trying to harm me &/or my loved ones.

Those that would harm, take advantage, evil, or exploit anyone.

That is the quick easy answer

They are left in full possession of them."

BG to me is someone ( age, race ,sex or nationality does not matter) who threatens to harm my family or someone I care about, like ME.

    The Bad Guy

In Pennsylvania it is an individual that poses an immediate deadly and unavoidable threat.

In Texas it's a guy that is running away after he just stole a slice of your pizza...so it varies State To State.

I have to agree with CockedLocked01

It is anyone trying to harm me or mine!
A real man loves his wife, and places his family as the most important thing in life. Nothing has brought me more peace and content in life than simply being a good husband and father.

Bad guy status is determined by the actions of each person.

As we move up the various levels of awareness, we quickly make this decision.

At condition yellow, everyone one is a good guy, the roses smell sweet and the birdies are chirping.

At condition orange we realize that a particular person is acting in a way that causes us concerned. Potential bad guy here.

Condition red, we have a bad guy and the mental trigger is set to act.

It's pretty straightforward, to my way of thinking. BG = anyone whose actions put others at risk, threaten others, harm others, or plans to do any of the above. GG = anyone whose actions seek to avoid, resist, derail or otherwise terminate the actions of the BG. By definition, most legally defined crimes categorize things in this way. In this regard, actions are everything.
