Sounds good. I want to carry CCW though.
Depends on when you are travelling, your CCW may be accepted in SC by then. A bill to accept other states' permits has passed the house and come out of committee in the state senate. If it gets passed by the senate and signed by the governor and takes effect in time you may be good.

I hadn't heard that. It sure would make my life a little easier. I've found a small piece of land to buy just to be eligible for the non-resident permit. They sure made it a pain for those of us with family in SC that live somewhere they don't recognize.
