Bad dudes busted by ATF.

If they are (were) doing what the ATF accuses them of, then I hope they do get prosecuted...
I do have to echo the sentiment in the comments though.. why IS that ATF agent wearing bubblewrap (or Saran Wrap) on her head, in the middle of a raid.. is it special Kevlar lined bubblewrap?
Not exactly giving a good impression of ATF agents...
That shop has been around for a long time. Thinking about the place I can say that it doesn't totally surprise me. There was just something about the guys there.
That bubble-wrap hat made me lol.
Yeah... bubble wrap on her head, but no latex gloves for handling evidence... ATF is definitely on top of their game these days!
Still a good bust if all plays out how it sounds... Identity theft of LEO's identity? What were they thinking!

"The gun is the great equalizer... For it is the gun, that allows the meek to repel the monsters; Whom are bigger, stronger and without conscience, prey on those who without one, would surely perish."
Come on guys, lay off the bubble wrap. Read the explanation under the picture. It was during a rain storm. The lady is just trying to protect her hairdo.

Forget the bubble wrap, she needs to worry more about muzzle control, I can just about see the firing pin on that bottom .38 (maybe) that is in her hand.

Guilty or not, I suppose time will tell but an agent being quoted as
""This store will never operate again," said Robert Browning, assistant special agent in charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Louisiana." seem presumptious.
If it really is a good bust then give us details now and soundbites after the trial.
Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.

The local news report said that the dealer was using credentials from LEO's that had previously purchased firearms from them and would use them to buy additional firearms exise tax free, then sell those guns to civilians. They also found hundreds of guns confiscated in area crimes were sold at Elliots. The ATF seized all the weapons, all the ammo and the entire facility.
Good job, I say.![]()
FREEDOM MATTERS!
Guys, take time to read the entire article. These guys were breaking the law.
It this type of action committed by the owner and staff of that gun shop that gives legit gun dealers and gun owners a bad name.
ATF did a good job.
