    The process for my lifetime took about 36 days.

    I had to file at the city PD, not the sheriff. 50$ for the local PD, 75$ for the state. The city PD, sent me away with a package to mail to the state. In said package was a cashiers check for 75$.

    Living in Vanderburgh Cty, call the sheriff, in Evansville call the city PD. Find out who you need to see/what to bring. All you should need is your Drivers License.

    For the record, I live in Gibson County.

    Who all on this thread is from Evansville or surrounding area I'm from Evansville and looking for some shooting buddies or good places to go shooting
    BTW Good Ol Mitch is responsible for things slowing down with drastic cuts in office personnel up in Indy I renewed mine back in march and have yet to see my permit back yet

    77.00 to apply online and 50.00 at City County plus 9.95 for the first finger printing and why I had to do that one I don't know. Hopefully it will speed the process up a bit but doubt it.
