No concealed weapon sign

The second one is a story about people using them.
http://media.www.kstatecollegian.com...-2722356.shtml
Here is my favorite quote from the second one.
"Sara Van Allen, marketing manager for Manhattan Town Center, said the building is a family environment, and as such, the owners decided to ban concealed weapons in the entire mall.
"It's for the safety of our shoppers," Van Allen said."
Then there is this dip _hit
"Many businesses do not have the signs up, but some said the signs might be a good idea, especially businesses with a high risk of robberies, said Kelly Unekis, clerk at Dara's Fast Lane.
"It'd probably be a good idea since the law passed," Unekis said"
What the heck are they smoking????

You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.

Wow! That's sure to deter the scumbags. They should really feel safe now.

So Kelly do you think that the BG wont come in and rob you now that you have a sign?

How can we say ''short sighted'' politely but with more meaning?!
Not here unfortunately but hey - these folks are so myopic, they'd not see an attack coming - and that attack would (yes, as we all know) be from the bad guys.
What a surprise ... guess they might be in my described category of ''I'd rather die". Doesn't do much to help innocents within their walls tho. Some folks have real wierd perceptions of ''safety".

I don't know whether it is ignorance or stupidity, but this statement does not stand up to the reality test.
No firearms signs protect the grounds 24/7/365 with a range of heavy-duty security signs — ideal for a variety of organizational and business environments.
Sign that "protect" don't exist. You might find one that can provide some concealment. You could possibly find one somewhere that could provide some cover. But you are not going to find one that provides any protection no matter how "heavy-duty" it is.
Of course one might ask why the "grounds" need protecting in the first place.

Yeah, like, go away or we shall taunt you again.
What are they thinking. I would say you get more with a stern warning and a gun than you get with a stern warning.
Freaking ridiculous.

Illustrate a serious no-weapons policy on your premises. Don’t let the threat of gun incidents or violence overrun the security of your property.
Yep, that will keep'em out
Bwahahaha! I think not!

I know if I lived in Kansas I'd feel safe with a plastic sign protecting me instead of a gun.
Is Kansas full of stupid people of what?

So the one that says "No Weapons allowed on Premesis" means I can't take my brain inside, guess my cash won't go in either.
And for the "No Dangerous Weapons," what if Chuck Norris walks in there?
Anyone that thinks a sign protects them has already left their brain somewhere else.
