    Well I Did It#2

I was up doing some training for some Gander mountain people in MN. We were visiting the store nearest Eden Prairie only to spot a 4 inch Blued PYTHON with the gold inlay on the engraving. YES I put it on layaway why can't I conctrol myself.

People are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than motorcycle gangs.

I am like that with early Smiths!

A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

    Thumbs up Congrats.

Blue Engraved Python with some gold inlay?

You realize of course that you just obligated yourself to pictures once you have it in hand.

I'm like rebel it is a disease. Don't worry it is not fatal (unless your spouse disagrees with your acquistions). It is a little bothersome but relatively harmless. Most Colt collectors have it and happily live with it. Enjoy the Python. If this is your first Python hang on to it. I've got two of them. One bought new in 1979 and the other bought used in January this year. The one bought new is a 6" and the one bought this year a 4". Both were surprisingly made the same year, 1978. The year I graduated High School. Pythons seem to have their own magic that can lure a person in for the "strike" (purchase).
