    I was just thinking.....When I was a little kid, the dentist would give me a little mercury in a capsule to take home and play with. Naturally, sooner or later, I figured out that if you rubbed it on a quarter it would amalgamate and make it shiny for awhile. Once, I dropped some, and it disappeared when it hit the floor. Funny, though, nobody got sick or died. Today, they'd have a whole bunch of guys in funny suits and masks cleaning up for days on end....

    Yes, but, now they know that Mercury can be absorbed through the skin.

    Most dentists don't use the Mercury/Silver amalgam anymore and lots of people are having their old metal fillings removed and replaced.

    Yes - You have a valid concern

    Get one of the custom holster makers to set you up with a pocket stip holder. They might not have a mold you may have to send a speed strip in the mail.

    Even if the 'lead' doesn't leech, you are still exposing your ammo to lint, grit and other crap.
