    Personally, I never find myself needing to leave my gun in the car anyway. I think the post office is the only place I go that I need to....and I'm comfortable leaving my gun in the center console for 5 minutes once a week.

    I'll second the Galls safe! I've been using one for over 10 years and it works great for quick and easy access. Right under the passenger seat so it opens to the rear. I can grab my weapon without even bending forward, sideways or any other motion to give away,... I'm prepared.

    When I get in the car I unlock it, before I exit I lock it.

    It does not fit well under seats that sit real low and are powered. Just a heads up.

    Definitely. I can barely squeeze a G21 into the large. There really should be an extra-large.
