So does my company...seeing as I'm the boss...but that doesn't really count I guess.

that would be my policy if i had my own business. luckily, my current employer's employee handbook is silent on weapons in the workplace.

As a business owner I encourage all my people to carry (if qualified).
As it stands the last time I checked we were 100%. All carry 1911's except my secretary...she prefers a 9mm. Well, make that 99%. The golden retriever on duty doesn't carry....but he does have a nasty crooked tooth that could be lethal
Seriously, glad there are a few places that are pro self defense.
