I saw this link on the Michael Savage website. Very good article- pretty much sums up my current position as a relatively new dad, looking to take care of what God has given me.
You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.

Interesting. Though I live in Texas, I have roots in CT. When the news about the home invasion came out my wife immediately told me we should have a gun in our CT "vacation shack." (It really is a shack, handed down through the years.)
So, I'll be applying for CT non-resident permit. Haven't figured out how I'll get a gun through NJ and NY yet. If I understand the CT rules, CT specifically prohibits the transfer of a gun to a non-resident.
I guess I can get a direct flight from Houston to Hartford, but I don't see how I could drive there, the Federal peaceable journey law notwithstanding, as apparently NY and NJ both disregard the Federal law.
I love to listen to Michael Savage. He's very entertaining and he owns several handguns and isn't ashamed to tell everyone. He owns Sigs by the way.
The city of San Francisco wants to officially condemn him for his conservative views and his stand against illegal emigration. I love his stand on illegals, he thinks they should be deported, a wall built and the Military stationed on the border with live ammo protecting us from the slow motion invasion we are currently doing our best to ignore.

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?
