WV has reciprocity with TN
TENNESSEE RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT SIGNED
Today, West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw signed a concealed handgun reciprocity agreement with Tennessee, allowing Tennessee residents with handgun carry permits to legally carry concealed handguns in West Virginia. For several years, Tennessee law has recognized all other states’ licenses and permits as long as the individual licensee is not a Tennessee resident. Tennessee law requires a license to carry a handgun without regard to whether it is visible or concealed.
Please be aware that, like many other states, Tennessee has a variety of restrictions on where licensed individuals may carry handguns that are more restrictive than West Virginia laws.
