    Picking up speed over there.

I have joined and I am glad to see another site devoted to carry. I am still havng a hard time trying to figure out why I need to be in 2 CC forums. IMO

The site looks good. It will be interesting to see how the admin keeps up. I think it is a one man show at this point. That's a lotta work for one person.

Hey now Washington is a "shall Issue State and is right up there on ease of getting a CCW. Present ID ten minute paperwork: not a felon check, not a wack job check, prints done cept wait for the feds. Two three weeks. IMO way more than need be but not bad over all.

Great job on the site, excellent visual appeal, very easy to see who honors your permit. Looks like I could drive north to the Canadian border, then southeast, then northeast, all on my Nevada permit (of course, add the Utah and Florida an theres a lot more states). Come to think of it, as you look at improvements down the road (as I said, it looks great now), you might want to set it up so that a person with multiple state permits can plug in the states that they have, and get a combined map in color. that would be awesome.

Nice idea, I'll probably add it in the next version.

I have since canceled both the USA Carry and Nevada Carry MySpace accounts. I looked at them as just another way to network my site but seemed a lot of people didn't like it. So they are now gone.

Already a feature I have planned. Probably just add the permits you have in the admin and their expire dates. It'll send you emails to update and also show your current map.

And as of right now, I am running most of the site. I have a friend that is helping out with adding the State CCW Info and State Laws but that's about it for now. We'll see where things go from here!

Lots of improvements to the map since this thread began. It's really a good resource now.

Yes, we uploaded a new version today but I need to go through and double check everything. It SHOULD work so that the first state you click on the Multi-state map is your state of residence. Man, it's been a long week!

    SCORE for Texas!!

Nothing to do with the this thread, but it reminded me when I met this guy at a shop. He was filling out the paper and was mentioning that he just got his Tx license after moving in from California. I shook his hand and said, "welcome to texas, you do know what you have to do after you buy this glock, right?" He says, "no, what?" I laugh and say, "get your self the biggest mag that gun can take, 10 rounds is our minimum." Ah, we had a good chuckle.
