I appreciate her fighting for her Rights and principles. If I were her, I would just be carrying and keeping my mouth shut anyways. Figure the only way anyone would know I had a gun was if something serious went down. I rather be alive without a job, then dead with one!

Good for her. Why she is doing within her District is a microcosm for the fight we are all supporting.

"I don't see any reason to take a gun into any of our schools," Castillo said. "Prohibitions exist. The Rose Garden and the Memorial Coliseum have bans. . . . Why would we have a lower standard of safety for our schoolchildren than the Trail Blazers?"
...umm....because you are a moronic sheep?
I'm glad those "prohibitions" exist--afterall, they've worked so far (see: every school shooting in the last 20 years)

You have never lived until you have almost died. For those that have fought for it, life has a special flavor the protected will never know

But in order for the legislature to do that they have to amend the constitution to do so, they have tried before on other issues and been resoundingly slapped down. But we will see what happens.

Minnesota exports another hard core communist
Our schools up here are marxist factories. I always say if Russia would have had more Minnesotans - and ESPECIALLY if Russia would have had more good ol' MN Lutherans then the Soviet would have never fallen as those people are TRUE BELIEVERS.
Doesn't suprsie me that this lady is from MN. She'd probably seem pretty conservative as compared to her more hysterical comrades in Minneapolis.

if oregon state law allows her to carry in public instititutions, then why didn't she just CC and keep her mouth shut about it? i think she just caused herself alot of unnecessary problems. why sue for a right you already have?
if she hadn't opened her mouth and caused a stink in the first place, she wouldn't need to sue now.
