Question for those in Michigan or other places where carry in a daycare facility is prohibited:
Does this apply to in-home daycare during times when there are no daycare kids there?
For example, if someone provides daycare during the week in their home, could you carry there on the weekend when there are no daycare kids there?
What would the implications be for someone with a CPL who had a daycare in their own home?

It would not be a day care facility then. I'd ask your prosecuter as (s)he is the one who makes that determination.

Per the attorney that spoke at the Ohio CCW class I recently attended: You are prohibited from carrying ONLY during the daycare hours. They "allowed" us the right to carry outside those times, even if our own kids are around (a little bit of sarcasm there, if you couldn't tell). I am not sure what the situation would be in your state.
