    Strange ... Even in the face of yet another school shooting spree, there are still so many people that believe inhibiting upstanding folks from the ability to defend themselves actually reduces the number of criminals who continue to do what they do.

    It also supprizes me that parents of the school children, do not want another line of defense for them. I remember my high school only had two officers working there, for 2500 students. Fair odds to say if something ever happens, they will not be there within a timely manner.

    Not that teachers should or would be forced/required to do so.
    Just to allow those teachers, administrators, and employees (lunch ladys, janitors, maint., coaches, etc.) to _choose_ to do so if they feel comfortable in doing so and be allowed to carry legally on school/college grounds.

    Yes..I can't help but think of some nightmare scenarios that could result in some real setback for us if they were to occur. I'm still thinking on this issue.
