Luckily, another motorist did get through.
A couple years ago my wife and I were on our way to the Black Hills when we passed a truck on the side of the road disabled. We called 911 as it was extremely hot out. We got a "that number is no longer in service" message. 911 was no longer in service can you believe. Fat lot of good it would do me if we were being attacked.

I remember reading somewhere that Sara Brady either has or had a concealed pistol permit.

About 6 years ago we had a window shot out at around 2:00 am.

Called 911.... The window repair guy showed up in the morning before the cops did.

Guess it's a good thing there wasn't anybody coming thru the front door, I would hate to have to drop a person in front of the wife.

THe day he/she has to test their theory is the day he/she understands. It is simply a shame that it will have to come to that.

I believe 'gunflint' and 'hotguns' hit it right on the money; don't want to own a gun, fine....just don't force you ideology upon me...As 'hotguns' stated, I hope she does test her theory, if she survives the test, I guarantee she will be trying t sue her local 911 for their failure to protect her..

    Sheeple...

A guy I work with told me that he could see why I would need a gun, because I was carrying it, I was looking for trouble and I would be sure to find it!

    HUH?

    Just what I was thinking.
Imagine if someone is being attacked by a violent criminal. So they whip out their cell phone, call 911 and get a 'busy signal' or a recording saying "This line is no longer in service".
Now just how many of those out there would end up sueing the police, city, county or state because they were not being protected as they were told they would be by the Brady Bunch and all of those anti-gunner gun control people.
Of course the ones they should be sueing are the Brady Bunch and the gun control people right before they kick themselves in the a** for being so irresponsible, gullible, naive and dependent on others.

People want to believe that they are safe in an unsafe world.

Even if they need to fool themselves into believing that they are when they are not.

She didn't really say that did she? I know she's an idiot but if she believes this or worse, manages to convice others that this is true, then I believe she truly belongs at the bottom of the food chain.

After two burglaries and one assault in the past six yrs, I will no longer depend on LE to protect my interests ( they tried hard on the 1st robbery. Not interested in the second ).

The perp in the assault was captured & did time.

There is also nothing civil about our civil justice system.
Just a couple of over priced mutts barking at each other.

This dog now does his own barking ( he's apt to bite also ).

    enough of my rant-thanks
