    CCW instructor, not normal.

A local CCW instructor tells everyone in his class that if you do not have a Glock, that you will be killed because the only gun to trust and carry is a Glock. I have talked to him and he has told me that Glock and only Glock. He has asked me to do my renewal with his class, and take his ***********class so that I will be able to defend myself. He has plaques on the wall and different awards. I told him he is running potential customers away. He says that he is informing them.

Well I mean Glock does make a nice firearm, but I think he's a little crazy!!! haha I prefer a good 1911 over a glock any day.

Yeah dude might be a tad bit touched.
Funny how people were not getting killed _before_ Glock came to be. Before Glock there was Sig, Colt, 1911s, and everything else.
That dude sounds like a moron.

I would say that instructor is extremely delusional and is living in a brainwashed fantasy world.
He needs another award on his wall.

Thats a little overboard if you ask me.

You're going to get killed in a firefight if you carry a weapon that you can not handle well.

Personally, I can not shoot a Glock acruatly if my life depended on it. I don't know what it is, but I'm much better with other pistols. Yes, the are some of the best pistols on the market...but there are some that are better. I would trust a Kimber Pro Carry (or any other quality 1911) over a Glock any day...

I would take his class...but give him grief about his ignorance the entire time.

It sounds like he's seen US Marshals to many times or his tin foil is wearing thin.

Sissy pistol comments aside, the guy clearly doesn't know his butt from his head. Stay away from him- because I honestly doubt that is the only BS he'll spread in class.

While I own and carry Glocks, I will definitely say that guy is an idiot! Don't take his class, and be wary of anything that he has to say.

I will support gun control when you can guarantee all guns are removed from this planet. That includes military and law enforcement. When you can accomplish that, then I will be the last person to lay down my gun. Then I will carry the weapon that replaces the gun.

Glock? Maybe hes has never shot anything but a Glock.

The dude has issues. Informing someone that a Glock is the only gun worth having is misleading...ecpecially if someone has small hands and isn't comfortable handling one. He is doing his students and gun-owners in general a disservice by misleading them.

    He needs a beatin...

Lessee, expert, hmmm.......just what does that sound like.

An ex is a "has been" and a "spurt" is a drip under pressure. I'll let you draw any parallels.

Off his meds again? The man has illusions of granduer.

Fill his hands with a nice 4" M-29 loaded for bear and ask what does Glock have that can compare?

Very strange. I do prefer Glocks for myself, but Glock is not my religion--I don't try to gain converts.
