I was just in Phoenix At Danny's Big Rig Resort. Address is 6741 West Latham Street 85043. They are a truck wash and chrome shop. Real nice place and they do a very good job washing the truck. They are a bit expensive but I feel that they are worth it. They have a couple of other locations in the Phoenix metroplex also. That is why I gave the address of the one I was at. They are just across the street from the Flying J truck stop in Phoenix. Upon entering I noticed the no Beretta/Guns sign on the door. Since it was 0115 I was unable to talk to the General Manager about his policy. I am hoping to talk to him on Monday.
Each truck trailer wash cost me $64.99. We have at least 3 trucks a week that deliver in that area every week. I hope he is willing to listen to the lose of revenue and reasoning about removing the unarmed victims here sign. If they keep that sign, I will stop using them as my truck wash. Even if they were free, it will still be too expensive to wash my trucks there. I will keep you informed.

Always good to get a heads up, although it'll probably be years before I visit AZ. May I suggest posting this at www.posted-places.com as well. It was started by a member here and I think it's a great idea. Things are a little slow there but every post makes it more useable and attractive to the masses. The country is divided up by state.

And Thumper, How did you manage to post your support BEFORE the original post?
You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.
Ego will kill you. Leave it at home.
Is Thumper psychic>>>???

I think bumper or maybe was doing something with the server clock? A little while ago I logged on and clicked new posts. The page told me to wait something like 10,000 seconds.

I co-own a business in Arizona with a relative who lives there, and the posted signs are more for a "see I told you so" to the legal rapists that will come along afterwards, should a shooting occur on the premises. Concealed or open carry by patrons gets "ignored" in our establishment, but we deserve the right to refuse service to anyone. No shoes, shirt, look like a POS gangbanger with a gun, then you're out! Put up a resistance in our restaurant and you might just get to deal with any one of a number of armed people.
We were advised to post these signs so that if something happens and they try to sue us as owners/proprietors about doing "nothing", we can honestly say we were posted and had a "policy" in place. CYA more than anything else.
